What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order.
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your order, please contact us at email@example.com
What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card. Additionally, we offer support for Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
You can choose these payment methods at checkout.
Which currency will I be charged in?
We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: USD, CAD, GBP and EUR.
If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate of the currency you choose.
Where do you ship?
We ship to most countries worldwide.
In any case where we are unable to ship to your country due to the factors outside of our control, such as COVID-19 restrictions, we will contact you immediately and process a full refund.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 2 business days to process it for delivery.
Standard shipping times are 5 - 12 days for orders shipped domestically and 5 - 18 days for orders shipped internationally.
How can I track my package?

What if I haven’t received my order?
If you haven’t received your order within the 5 – 12 days for domestic orders or 5 - 18 days for international orders since the day of the confirmation email that your order has been shipped, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Do you accept returns?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days starting from the day you received your product to let us know that you would like to return it. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. To initiate a return request, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number, reason for return, and a proof of evidence (such as a photograph) in case of a damaged product.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Are returns free?
You are responsible to cover the shipping costs of returning your products back to us. All returned items must be sent back in a trackable manner.
How long does it take to process a return?
On receiving your returned items, our quality control team will inspect the product for damage and usage. We will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within seven days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
